booking information
visit usBooking online is quick and easy 24 hours a day, but you can also book your tickets in person at the box office, which is situated in our foyer or over the telephone
How to pay
We welcome contactless payments by card (we do not accept American Express or Diners Card). Cheques are accepted in person at the box office, made payable to Farnham Maltings Association.
Maltings Gift Vouchers can be used online, over the phone or in person at the box office. If purchasing tickets online with a maltings gift voucher enter the voucher code at the checkout to redeem it. We have a clever system so if the value of the tickets is less than the value of the voucher it will know how much you have left to spend. Simply keep hold of the voucher and use the code when you next book tickets and the remaining amount will be deducted.
Your tickets
You will be emailed an e-ticket (downloadable PDF), which can be shown on your mobile device when you arrive at the venue. Please have your tickets downloaded and ready to show our stewards when you arrive. If you don’t have a smart phone, please arrange to print your e-ticket(s). We are not currently printing or posting any tickets.
Paperless ticketing goes towards supporting our aim to become a more environmentally sustainable organisation. Should you need physical printed tickets, do contact our box office.
A few days before your visit, we will send an email reminding you of your booking and giving you any information ahead of your event.
Your data is safe with us
We collect contact information about each ticket booker in line with our privacy policy.
Why do we charge a booking fee?
Our booking fee helps cover the costs of processing your booking, including card payment charges and the administration involved in running our Box Office. This helps us continue to provide a smooth and reliable booking experience for all customers.
During our transition to a new pricing structure (01 September 2026), you may see two different booking fee approaches on our website.
Events before 01 September will have a £2 booking fee per transaction added at checkout.
For events from 01 September onwards, any booking fee will already be included in the advertised ticket price, so the price you see is the price you pay. For full details please see our info page.
Ticket refund policy
Tickets are not refundable, unless an event is cancelled or postponed. In the case of the latter than the ticket will still be valid for the new date unless a refund option is chosen.
Babes in arms policy
For most shows, children 12 months and under do not require a ticket and can attend free of charge as a babe in arms. This isn't the case for certain specific shows catering to children under 2 years old. If you need more information, please contact our Box Office team.
