Access information

We are committed to welcoming everyone to our building. If you have any suggestions or experience any barriers to access, please get in touch with our Box Office staff on 01252 745444 or boxoffice@farnhammaltings.com. We aim to reply to your query as soon as possible.

Wheelchair access

The main entrance, Box Office, shop and Café Bar are fully accessible on the ground floor. The Great Hall, Cellar Bar, Barley Room, Tindle Studio and Tannery* are accessible via stairs or lift. The Great Hall can accommodate up to four wheelchairs.

*The Tannery is also a through route to the first floor accessible toilet.

Toilets

There are two accessible toilets. One is located on the ground floor, and one on the first floor. The toilet on the first floor is only accessible to wheelchair users via the Tannery.

Parking

There are four free parking spaces for Blue Badge Holders.

The car park is pay and display. Season tickets for individuals and companies are available. For enquiries, please contact Rachel Bole on 01252 745408.

Assistance Dogs

Registered assistance dogs are welcome throughout the building.

Carer/Personal Assistant

If you require an additional Carer/Personal Assistant to accompany you when attending an event, please get in touch with the Box Office before booking (subject to availability).

Captioned films

Films with subtitles are listed in the brochure or on the web pages for each screening.

Visual Story

Induction loop

There is an induction loop available in most seating in the Great Hall. Please let Box Office know in advance if you require this.

Performance options

We are developing our programme to offer a wider range of accessible performance. If you would benefit from performances that have captioning, BSL interpretation, touch tours, post-show discussions, audio description, induction loop, relaxed performances, dementia friendly performances or anything else, please get in touch with a member of Box Office staff. We cannot guarantee to accommodate your needs, but we will do our best.

If you are attending a performance or event, please let us know as far in advance as possible if you have any special needs or access requirements. We will do our best to meet your needs effectively.
