Research has shown that engaging in creative participatory activities and experiences can alleviate the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and loneliness, while offering social support and positive relationships.

Please help us raise £1500 this spring through our Pay it Forward fundraising campaign to enable those in our community experiencing loneliness or social disadvantage, free access to theatre and creative participation activities in 2025.
