New price structure
booking informationFind out more about our transition to a new pricing structure with the booking fee included in the ticket price from Autumn 2026
Why are ticket prices changing?
We’re updating our pricing structure in line with new guidance from UK consumer and advertising regulators around price transparency. This means any mandatory booking fees are now included within the advertised ticket price, so the price you see is the price you pay.
What is changing?
What is changing is how we add our booking fee. For events taking place from 01 September 2026 onwards, booking fees will be included within the advertised ticket price.
What happens during the transition period?
Between now and 01 September, you may notice two different pricing structures on our website.
Events taking place before 01 September will continue to use our current pricing structure, where a £2 booking fee per transaction is added at checkout.
Events taking place from 01 September onwards will move to our new all-inclusive pricing structure, where the booking fee is already included in the ticket price, so no additional fee will be added at checkout. For your information, for the majority of events, the new booking fee included in the price will be £1 per ticket.
Why do some ticket prices appear higher than before?
For most live events, the booking fee has been incorporated into the advertised ticket price. This means ticket prices may appear around £1 higher than previously advertised, but no additional booking fee will be added during the booking or paying process.
If I've already booked tickets, does this affect me?
Existing bookings remain exactly as purchased
