The pandemic has hit us hard. Our building has been closed for much of the last year; our riverside café closed; our car park unused; our programme of events cancelled and our community users’ activities on hold. The Maltings staff team have taken voluntary pay cuts; we have undertaken a redundancy programme; we have made use of the Government’s furlough scheme and we have secured Cultural Recovery funds. We need your support so that we are robust enough to adapt and reinvent ourselves to meet the needs of the community as we emerge from a financially devastating year.
We are excited about the future. Help us to face the future and become the best version of ourselves that we can be.
Your donations will make a tangible difference for us to do what we do and grow.

|25||cover the costs of a workshop session seeking to combat isolation and loneliness amongst older people in our community|
|50||underwrite the costs of providing space for a community organisation to hold their event in our building|
|500||offset the lost income from reducing seating capacity for a socially-distanced film screening|
how to donate
There are several ways that you can donate to the Spring Forward fundraising campaign. Follow this link to make a donation online.
Alternatively you can send a cheque by post, made payable to ‘Farnham Maltings Association Ltd’. Don't forget to include a Gift Aid Declaration if you are a UK tax payer. Find our postal address on our contact page and the Gift Aid Declaration below.
Donations may be made by telephone 01252 745 444. Our team are working remotely and the line is open 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
We anticipate that once government restrictions are lifted, our doors will be open from Monday 14 April. You're welcome to pop into the box office and one of our team will be able to process your donation in person.
One of the most effective ways to boost the value of your donation, Gift Aid allows us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 you donate. This is at no cost to you. You just need to be a registered UK Taxpayer. If you are eligible, you can declare that you'd like to Gift Aid by ticking the Gift Aid box when you donate online or by making your declaration over the phone or in person at the box office.
