News Story

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on Wednesday 19 January, we would like to update you on how we are planning to move forward at the Maltings and at the museum of farnham. The safety of our audience, performers, volunteers, and staff remains of utmost importance to us.

From Thursday 27 January, we strongly encourage our audiences to continue wearing face coverings whilst in the buildings, only removing them to eat and drink. Whatever your views, please respect each other and our staff. All visitors should make use of the sanitiser stations placed throughout the building and we ask that you consider your proximity to others whilst in the building.

Mandatory Covid passes for entering large events ends on Thursday 27 January. However, the government advises that organisations may choose to use the NHS Covid pass if they wish. We will continue to encourage all visitors to our festivals or large events to present a valid Covid pass (or negative lateral flow test) to gain entry. For further information, please click here.

We will keep reviewing our safety measures and government advice during the coming weeks.

Thank you for your ongoing support.
