For many, October signals the arrival of autumn and the countdown to Christmas. In Farnham, it means only one thing, Farnham Craft Month.
The month-long celebration of craft and craft makers, centres around a vibrant programme of over 50 events and activities taking place throughout the town. Delivered by a variety of venues and organisations, the event champions the message that craft is for everyone, celebrating both the confident crafters and the absolute beginners looking to try something new.

Surrey Artist's Open Studios: Fri 01 - Sun 24 October
An exciting opportunity to visit artists working in their studios across Farnham and in nearby villages.
festival of crafts: Sat 16 & Sun 17 October
The festival is well established in the craft calendar and this year, the annual two-day event celebrates its 25th anniversary. The curated marketplace features over 50 exhibitors, displaying everything from jewellery to ceramics and textiles to metalwork. If you’re feeling inspired and would like to explore your own creativity, there are a number of workshops taking place across the weekend.
