The Farnham Maltings is seeking a full-time Duty and Compliance Manager to join our Operations Team. The role is part of the management team and responsible for leading and supporting the Duty Team, overseeing the Maintenance function, and ensuring the effective stewardship of a complex Grade II listed building.

The Duty and Compliance Manager has a key role in maintaining operational standards, supporting compliance, and enabling both commercial and community activity to thrive.
