Join Kris Kivu for a day of relaxation and creativity.

Reconnect with your intuition and your inner joy through gentle yoga practices, painting and deep relaxation.

We will begin the retreat with a yoga class suitable for any skill level. There will be gentle exercises, focusing on movements that nurture the creative energy center in order to release all the stagnant energy.
We will then continue with a mindful watercolour painting session, connecting with our intuition and inner guidance.

After the break, we will have a botanical watercolour painting class, in which you will learn basic watercolour techniques, creating beautiful leaves and loose florals.

We will finish the retreat with one of my favourite practices, which is Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation session, to bring everything together. I encourage you to bring a blanket to cover yourself for the session.

Schedule:

10 am - 11.30 am : Gentle Yoga Class (suitable for complete beginners)

11.30 – 12.30: Mindful Watercolour Painting

12.30 – 13.30: Lunch Break (lunch not included, you can enjoy the lovely food at our Riverside Cafe)

13.30 – 15.30: Botanical Watercolour Painting for Beginners

15.30 – 16.30: Yoga Nidra for Creativity

Suitable for all skill levels.

Materials required:

Yoga mat and Optional - a blanket and other things you wish to have to make yourself comfortable for the Yoga Nidra.
