Discover the power of mindfulness as you connect with your inner-self through each brushstroke. Learn to paint with intention, focusing on the present moment, and allowing your emotions to flow onto the paper.
You will start with a 20 minutes guided meditation, followed by a 90 minutes watercolour painting session, and leave space at the end for sharing, reflection and any question that might come up.
During the painting session, you will explore different relaxing and calming painting exercises 3whilst celebrating the winter solstice, a very beautiful creative time.
This class is an invitation to slow down and welcome the beauty of winter, this rich and potent space that opens up your inner creativity like no other time in the year.
Suitable for all skill levels.
All materials are provided, everyone will have their own watercolour set, brushes and watercolour paper to take home.
