After studying printed textiles at Winchester School of Art, Linda Miller combined both her love of drawing and machine stitch to make machine embroideries on a splendid electric sewing machine and in 1989 she set up her studio practice.

Now working from the Sorting Office Studios in Eastleigh, Hampshire, Linda makes her one-off, machine embroideries using her distinctive, unique style.
