Have you always wanted to have a go at creating your own fabric but didn't know where to start?

During this workshop you will be shown how to set up a simple print bench and prepare your screens for printing.

You’ll begin by putting down blocks of colour using a traditional silk screen and once it’s dry, you will be introduced to an extensive collection of thermal screens to add line, shape and texture. These screens are perfect for printing finely detailed images onto fabric, paper and many other surfaces. Once you’ve finished printing your fabric, you will heat-fix the inks to ensure it's fully washable.

At the end of the workshop you will be given a booklet of ideas and instructions for some simple projects to make with your unique fabric.
