Join artist Ruth Wheeler as she teaches the basic techniques in the art of pyrography.

Ruth has been teaching pyrography courses for 15 years and she will explain how to use a peterchild pyro machine as well as tips and techniques to help you feel confident in pyrography. You will go home with a few smaller pieces such as book marks, keyring, coasters as well a larger plank of local wood or a group of smaller pieces.

Suitable for beginners. If you have experience in pyrography and would like to delve further, Ruth is also running a Masterclass in Pyrography later in the year.

Please bring photocopies or sketches for inspiration.
