Children love to be creative, and this session is a fantastic way to introduce them to art. Lino print carving is especially rewarding for children as they quickly see how easy it is to create their own monster artwork.

The workshop begins with an introduction to the technique and process of making eye-catching lino prints. The tutor provides a variety of pre-cut lino pads featuring images of both imaginary monsters and those from animated films and cartoons. This allows each child to choose which template they’d like to use to create their own unique design.

For those who want to be more adventurous, lino cut tools and blank lino pads will be available, so they can carve their own monster stamps.
