A day full of festive cheer for all the family! The magic of a traditional Christmas is coming to the Museum of Farnham.
Join us for a range of activities to get you into the festive spirit and learn all about the traditions that make Christmas so special.
- Make some special reindeer food with Mother Christmas and take some away with you for the big day
- Help our Victorian cook make some traditional Christmas treats in our candlelit dining room
- Create some festive themed crafts, including miniature wreaths which you can take home with you
- Meet Father Christmas and let him know if you’ve been naughty or nice this year (each child will receive a special gift)
- Explore our Georgian townhouse by following the Christmas themed trail – can you find the characters hidden in each room?

The Secret Garden Café will also be open, so why not treat yourself to a hot drink and a slice of cake during your visit?
*You can arrive at any time during your booked time slot as activities can be done in any order. You may need to wait a short time to take part in certain activities.
Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult with a valid ticket. Babes in arms (under 12 months) go free when accompanying another paying child. In this instance, babes in arms will not receive a gift from Father Christmas.
Visits to Father Christmas are limited to five people per group, and must include at least one adult.
The museum will be not be open to the general public on these dates. Only those with a valid ticket will be allowed entry.
