It has unfortunately been brought to our attention that scam emails falsely representing Farnham Maltings have been sent out regarding exhibitor opportunities at our upcoming craft festivals and asking for payment.

If you have received an email to this effect, please exercise vigilance and do not respond, click on any links provided or make any payment.

How to spot if an email you have received is a scam:

• It is from a gmail address (rather than a Farnham Maltings email ending @farnhammaltings.com)
• You are contacted directly
• You are asked to make a payment by bank transfer

What to do if you have received one of these emails:

• Forward the email to report@phishing.gov.uk
• If you have made a payment, please contact your bank immediately

We have alerted our IT team and are investigating this as a matter of urgency.
