Valerie Syposz is a Canadian artist based in Oxfordshire. She has been working with printmaking for the past 20 years, studying in both Canada and Japan. Her current prints are created with lithography and relief techniques with a strong focus on hand printing. Syposz is most interested in representing the human form. Her figures are transformed through drawing, cutting, and layering, to become prints that reflect on existence and perceptions of self.
