Slow Grown Farm make small-batch organic aged cheese from the raw milk of their 100% grass-fed herd. Based less than 20 miles away from Farnham, in West Sussex, Slow Grown Farm also hand make charcuterie from their Saddleback pigs, who live in the woods and are fed the whey from cheesemaking.
