After painting ceramics since 1990, John Hayer, founder of PepperpotsArts has also been making linocuts of local landscapes for several years from an original course at the Maltings, then at Ochre studio in Guildford and currently at South Hill Park in Bracknell.

Over the past years, he has taken courses with Ian Phillips at Handprinted in Bognor Regis, and Richenda Court at Ochre, Guildford.
