There are a total of 60+ different breeds of sheep in the UK, more than any other country. Modern Sheep breeds have evolved from the approximate 15 ancient breeds and is one of the UK’s most valuable fibre resources. Ossian knitwear strives to showcase the best of these wools with breed specific yarns, our new book - The Wonder of Wool, with 10 unique patterns, as well as the London Wool from our city farm project.
