Mike Lindup is a singer, keyboard player composer and founder member of Level 42. Formed in 1980 with Mark King, Phil and Boon Gould, the band has sold over 30 million albums and 44 years on is still regularly touring and playing festivals worldwide, performing hits including Something About You, Lessons In Love, Running In The Family, Children Say, The Sun Goes Down, It’s Over, Leaving Me Now, and Hot Water.

Over the last 44 years Mike has performed onstage with many artists including Dominic Miller, Sting, Midge Ure, Nik Kershaw, George Martin, Eric Clapton, Ringo Starr and George Harrison.

He has co-written songs with Barb Jungr for the musicals Liver Birds Flying Home and Soho Songs, and has scored for the independent British feature film Arifa.

As well as performing with Level 42, Mike has released several solo albums: Changes (1990), Conversations With Silence (2003), On The One (2012), and in 2023 his highly acclaimed album Changes 2, featuring Tony Momrelle, Omar, Ursula Rucker and Jon Culshaw.
