Megan Hall
festival exhibitor

Megan is a traditional printmaker from Devon. Her practice is rooted in close observation of the natural world, particularly the meeting points of water and light. She is drawn to the quiet power of bodies of water and her work seeks to hold onto those fleeting, in-between moments that often go unnoticed.
She specialises in reduction linocut, an exacting yet rewarding process. From a single linoleum block, she carves and prints successive layers of colour, gradually removing more of the surface with each stage.
