Mark Bates is a bookbinder and printmaker based in Redhill, Surrey making handbound notebooks, journals and sketchbooks using his own hand marbled and printed linocut papers. He also makes hand marbled boxes and baubles, and handprinted linocut cards. Mark’s work is notable for the use bold colours and geometric designs.
