LilliputWight

LilliputWight is inspired by the coastal landscape around my home on the Isle of Wight.

I collect beachcombed treasures, sea glass and driftwood worn smooth by time and tide, to make buttons and stitch markers.

The recycling ethos is carried through into a range of buttons and needle minders made from scrap fabrics saved from landfill.

Simple project bowls are formed from a continuous coil of cotton rope zigged zagged together on the sewing machine. These are available in a range of sizes, shapes and colours, from little dishes up to big beasts.
