Kerri-Ann is a future-oriented senior executive with 18 years of experience in human resources, change, cultural transformation and organisational effectiveness.

Currently Chief People & Transformation Officer at Ofcom, she has played a pivotal role as the organisation has become one the first bodies globally to regulate online safety and telecom security capabilities. She has pushed the boundaries at Ofcom, bringing in top tech talent and making the organisation the most diverse it has ever been. Under her leadership, Ofcom has been listed as a ‘Times Top 50 Employer for Women' on three occasions. She has also made great strides in strengthening the capabilities and reputation of the HR function.

Previously, Kerri-Ann spent 2 years at House of Fraser Group and 12 years with Aviva, latterly driving the ‘Future of Work’ agenda. Kerri-Ann has worked in Australia and Asia is a natural change agent with global, multisector experience. Outside of work, she lives in Farnham with her family and young daughter, enjoys yoga and is an Ambassador for a girls empowerment charity, the Global Girls Project. With a particular passion for positive ESG practices, she hopes to lean into this space more in the future.
