Jo Boddy Printmaker

Deeply rooted in place, Jo explores the transience and vulnerability of the natural world through print while considering the impact of humans on our changing landscapes. The technical side of printmaking requires patience and practise, yet it is an artform which lends itself to experimentation. At the core of her practice is a deep-rooted desire to experiment, explore and ask ‘what happens if…?’. Experimenting with a range of techniques leads to one informing another and prompting new ideas. This leads to new ways of looking at the landscape and so process and experience become cyclical.
