Classically trained, Jenny Carr relocated from Australia to the UK in the early 1990s as keyboardist and backing vocalist on Jason Donovan’s world tour.

Her diverse career has included performing and recording with pop artists Julia Fordham, Beverley Craven, Yazz, Billy Ocean and Imelda May, comedian/performance artists David Mills and Christopher Green and singer/songwriters Jeb Loy Nicholls and Robb Johnson. As well as freelancing with a myriad of jazz, swing and R&B bands on the London circuit she is known as a sensitive accompanist.

As pianist, MD and arranger she has collaborated with vocalist Barb Jungr on many of Barb’s recordings and childrens’ theatre productions and over the past two decades she has toured extensively with Barb in the UK, Europe and Australia.
