Jane Lithgow is a lifelong knitter, crocheter and spinner with extensive experience. She has been teaching and designing for the last fourteen years becoming a full time freelance textile artist six years ago. She has extensive experience teaching knitting classes for beginners, intermediate, families and private classes by arrangement on basic techniques, reading patterns, colourwork, cables, lace, brioche knitting, garment construction, finishing techniques and fixing mistakes and yarn analysis. She has a special interest in teaching sock and mitten knitting. She also teaches crochet for beginners and hand spinning with both drop spindle and wheel.
