Imogen is an embroidery artist living in Surrey, England and is the founder of imogen melissa.
After graduating in 2018, Imogen has worked as an embroiderer for Mary Katrantzou, M Industry London and luxury textiles interior brand, Helen Amy Murray. Imogen has also had her work exhibited in London and across Europe.
In 2020, Imogen launched imogen melissa, with the aim of modernising people’s perceptions of embroidery. The brand looks to bring sunshine and joy to homes, by creating intricate embroideries with playful colour combinations. imogen melissa is the home of beady goodness!
Within its first two years, imogen melissa products have been sold in John Lewis at a Christmas pop-up event, through Not on The High Street and have also been featured in Stylist magazine.

Catering for craft lovers or those who want to try something new, imogen melissa created its embroidery kits in 2021, to offer a taste of hand embroidery and beading, The colour palettes have been meticulously curated by Imogen, sourcing the perfect beads and sequins to play with and get creative!
With a passion for sharing her love of embroidery, imogen melissa runs workshops, teaching the techniques involved in creating 3D embroidered artworks. While also gaining a new skill, the workshops are a great place to slow down, take a break and enjoy a mindful moment.
