Based in Frome Kerry, owner or Ginger Pink Yarns, dyes yarn with locally foraged and home-grown plants, such as goldenrod, rhubarb root, walnut leaf and dock. The results are a beautiful range of seasonal colours that compliment each other.

Besides individual skeins of yarn, Kerry also enjoys putting together mini sets that show the different colours that can be achieved from just one plant. She enjoys working with dye plants not only for the natural colours they produce but also for the lower impact they have on the environment and she sources local wool whenever possible.
