Farnham Geological Society
The aim of the Society is to promote interest in geology and its allied sciences for people of all levels of geological knowledge, from interested amateur to professional geologist. This is achieved by holding regular monthly meetings at which invited speakers cover all aspects of the geological spectrum, ranging from palaeontology through to structural geology, volcanism, earthquakes, and environmental effects.
In addition, an online quarterly newsletter is provided to all members and the society holds periodic field trips.
