Donna Collinson

A pair of hands are cupped together holding a variety of silver and gold rings

Inspired by our British beaches and landscape, I produce several instantly recognizable collections of jewellery in solid silver, bronze, and gold. utilizing the ancient lost wax casting technique. Rich in surface texture and variety of finish, details of oxidization, gold vermeil, precious and semi-precious stones provide striking contrasts. My jewellery is primitive, organic and temptingly tactile. Since graduating in 1994 from the Surrey Institute of Art and Design Donna Collinson contemporary jewellery has been sold in select galleries, and fairs. including : Bonham’s of London, The Royal Festival Hall, Fenwick’s, of Bond St. London, and the Affordable Art Fair, London.
