Dominic is a procurement and occupational health professional who until Autumn 2022 formed part of the Bank of England’s leadership team, as the Head of Property, Procurement and Security Division, serving a tenure of 33 years, having joined in 1989 as an Occupation Hygienist, aged 23.

Dominic led a series of notable achievements at the Bank including: the negotiation for the introduction of polymer to UK currency; a project to make the historic Threadneedle Street building accessible; and the modernisation of the Bank’s value-for-money and security functions.

Dominic has been awarded Fellowship status within the Chartered Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, and the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.

Dominic became a Trustee at Disability Initiate in 2022 and the Royal College of Physicians in 2023.
