Deborah Collum
I make textile art based on close observation of the British countryside through all four seasons and in all its moods. The result is a colourful, textured and highly personal interpretation of the layers of landscape. My work is a celebration of fabric and stitch and demonstrates strong links to domestic textiles traditions such as patchwork and mending.
