Carina is an embroidery designer, author and teacher. Originally from Denmark she now lives in Essex with her English husband, Blake the dog and shelves stuffed with embroidery thread and fabric. Her colourful work combines her love of nature with folk art.

Carina is the author of several embroidery books, Thread Doodling is the latest, and her work has been published in Mollie Makes and Australian Homespun among other publications.
