Amanda is a textile artist designing and making embroidered fabric collage pictures. Her design inspiration comes from her love of the natural world and the diversity of the flora and fauna within it. Her designs are a stylised representation of her observations. The technique she uses focuses on the intricate detail and each design is individually cut from many different fabrics which she uses to create a collage. Hand and machine stitching is then used to define the detail. Limited Edition Prints and cards are also available.
