Alix has worked as a Youth Theatre Director, workshop leader and coach for 18 years and has a passion for young people’s theatre. Companies include: Proteus Theatre, (Associate Artist) Haymarket Theatre, (Youth Theatre Director) Farnham Youth Theatre (Youth theatre Director) and Winchester Theatre Royal, as well as several Stagecoaches across the country.

Alix has directed over 26 shows and credits include: Little Shop of Horrors, AMidsummer Night’s Dream, Our Day Out, Multiplex, Macbeth, Illyria, Jekyll and Hyde, Hairspray, and Newsies.
