This five-week course is aimed at beginners and returning students. Resident potter Penny Eccles will guide you through throwing on the potter's wheel, centering clay and creating various forms, including simple bowls, cups, bottles and vases. You'll also have the opportunity to decorate your pots. Guidance will be given throughout the course.

Materials:

Basic materials are provided. There will be a small additional fee for finished work. Students will need to bring a flask for refreshments, an apron, a fresh hand towel and a few cloths to use whilst throwing.
