A pair of hands mould a clay pot

Throughout this five-week course, resident potter Penny Eccles will cover form, structure and function, adding handles, trimming, and decorative finishes to your pots, alongside discussions on glazing and different kiln firing methods.

There will also be the opportunity to create a potters seal to identify your work.

Suitable for beginners and returning students.

Basic materials provided. Participants will need to wear closed shoes and bring a flask for refreshments, an apron, a fresh hand towel and a few cloths to use whilst throwing.

There will be a small additional fee for finished work.
