Working from a live model, join experienced artist and tutor Jo Shepherd for a day of portrait painting in oils.

The session will begin with an introduction to the fundamentals of oil painting, and a demonstration of how to approach portrait painting. You'll move on to a self portrait warm up exercise before progressing to painting the live model on primed boards.

Suitable for all abilities.

All materials provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own paints and brushes. Please wear old clothes and/or apron.
