This workshop is a gentle invitation to slow down, relax your nervous system and nurture your creativity.
You will be guided through a breath meditation to step into the present moment. The painting exercises will then let you fully express your emotions through colour, mindful and slow brushstrokes, and the unexpected flow of watercolours.
Workshop flow:
1. Guided meditation: we begin with a peaceful, centering meditation to ease into a relaxed mindset, preparing you for a calm and creative painting session.
2. Watercolour painting session: explore soothing watercolour techniques and exercises designed to inspire calm and relaxation. Through each slow brushstroke, you’ll connect with the power of mindfulness, allowing yourself to let go and enjoy the creative flow.
3. Reflection and sharing: we end the session with time to share reflections and experiences, along with a Q&A to address any thoughts that arise.
Open to all skill levels.
All materials are provided, each participant will receive their own watercolour kit to paint with and take home.
