Create a unique wet felted basket bag or vessel using a colourful array of specialist yarns and beautiful wool hues. Whether you want to go really bright or gently subtle you will learn how to blend the fibres into a beautiful textured creation, all achieved by wet felting on a ball. You will be guided through the process over two days. Whether you are a complete beginner or have wet felted before do come along to experience this new fun workshop.

There will be quiet times of concentration and fun times where we bounce the ball to music before start the final shaping process.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be standing for most of the day, either at worktop or table height depending on the process so you MUST be able to stand for long periods. We will take breaks where you can sit and chairs will be available at all times, but this is also a physically activeworkshop so not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. Please ask to contact tutor to discuss this if you have any concerns.

This workshop is suitable for all levels.

All materials will be provided. Please bring with you 2 or 3 old or dark hand towels. You will be contacted a few weeks before the workshop to indicate if you have a preference of colour choice.
