Led by acclaimed artists, this year's programme includes dance, pottery, printing, music-making, theatre, circus, puppetry, art installations and more.

The Riverside Café will have a special menu for the day, selected especially for families, and there will be activities and entertainment to enjoy on our front lawn.

Alongside the wide range of drop-in activities, there are a few special events and experiences to book in advance, including Nick Sharratt’s Once Upon a Draw-a-Long, an Out of the Box circus show and selected craft workshops. These events are ticketed separately, with festival entry included in the ticket price.

Some activities, such as face painting and balloon modelling, are available as pay-on-the-day extras.
