In this playful, process-driven session, you’ll start with the basics of screen printing using paper stencils, and then be encouraged to break the rules! Using the silkscreen as your canvas, we’ll dive into monoprinting techniques by working directly on the screen with brushes and sponges. The focus will be on mark-making, gesture, and texture to create bold, expressive prints on paper. Perfect for artists, makers, and curious beginners alike, you’ll be guided step by step through the process, with plenty of freedom to experiment, get messy, and discover new ways of working with print.

All materials are provided, and no previous experience is necessary. Please bring an apron.
