Make your own flying bird puppet! Using upcycled fabric, work together to string your own colourful bird marionette with time to play and learn some puppetry techniques with puppeteer Alicia Britt.

Alicia is an international puppetry artist and researcher, scholar of the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship fund in the endangered craft of British heritage marionette making. She recently completed a residency at Lizé Puppet Art Colony in Taiwan and Toló Puppet Theatre in Hanoi, Vietnam. She is a graduate of Curious School of Puppetry and regular puppeteer and coordinator at Talk to the Hand Puppets.
