You’ll be encouraged to feel your way through each brushstroke, letting the materials and colours take the lead. By surrendering to the process, you’ll discover a gentle, spirit-led flow state, allowing your artwork to emerge in a free and expressive way. In this softening, the creative process becomes loose and fluid.

Tutor Kris Kivu will guide you through a variety of practices, including loose freestyle flowers that use water as a guide, mindful foliage patterns that calm the mind and bring peace, colour mixing and mark making to find what sparks your joy.
