Award-winning local novelist and therapist, Joanna Barnard, leads sessions exploring how writing creatively can benefit your mental and emotional wellbeing. Exercises include experimenting with different writing styles, including journalling, poetry and short stories.
Suitable for adults of all ages and experiences.
