We hand forge kitchen knives for passionate home cooks and professional chefs, from a range of the finest blade steels. Inspired by Japanese knifemakers we combine high carbon steels, with handles from beautiful sustainably-sourced hardwoods and 5000 year-old bog oak, to make knives that are a delight to use.
