In the heart of the Ashdown Forest, we hand make kitchen knives for passionate home cooks and professional chefs, from a range of the finest blade steels available anywhere in the world. Inspired by Japanese culinary cutlery, we combine our hand-forged high carbon steel blades, with handles we make from beautiful sustainably-sourced local hardwoods and 5000 year-old bog oak - to create knives that are inspiring to hold and to use. Our philosophy is one of simple beauty and function.
