FROM MICHELIN STAR TO BEHIND THE BAR Our team of chefs launched The Tipsy Food Company in September 2020 with the vision of using everything we know about flavour to create unique, innovative and absolutely delicious spirits. We’ve spent months giving creative foody twists to classic drinks – sourcing new ingredients and testing different combinations – until we finally ended up here, with our iconic collection of Tipsy spirits.
