Designer Frances Tobin started The Maker's Atelier in 2014 after a 20 year career in the fashion industry. The patterns she creates are influenced by current fashion trends pared back to work across different fabrications. The Maker's Atelier quarterly magazine is a mix of seasonal trends in colour and fabric, in depth articles on fabrics and sewing techniques, fascinating interviews with people who make, as well as fashion stories for women of all ages.
